It looked like spring today after a few days of hard rain and when I received an invitation from my friend, Bruce Hancock to go out and paint, I jumped at the chance. After driving through two raging creeks getting to town to meet up the weather changed with the sun going into hiding making for a very cold day. Memories are born, making for "A Painting Day".

i really like this one too...it makes me think of the Texas Hill Country, and that is a nice remembrance of home.
