This is a painting study using very subtle color changes. The blue and purple gray colors make me want to grab a parka or stand by a roaring fire to stay warm. Thinking about walking in the woods on a winter day has made for, "A Painting Day"

Beautiful painting, full of cold atmosphere.
Simply exquisite. I can imagine this measured in feet, not inches... but with every inch of those feet absolutely beautiful.
