"Be Mine"

I was feeling a great sense of love and happiness when I painted this painting, "Be Mine". The palette of colors are very different than most of my paintings. I almost had to force myself to set out only a few pastel paints so i would not stray to my love for grey. Sometimes we have to give ourselves permission to make a change. It is so easy to stay in our found circle for what we consider safe. Reach out and take risks to find new paths is my goal for 2016. It has been, "A Painting Day".

Une peinture qui susurre le parfum des pivoines... C'est ce que je ressens en l'admirant... Les pivoines sont si délicates et leur parfum si subtil... A elles seules elles sont le Printemps.

Afis martinealison... Hello Dear friend, a painting that whisper if at all the fragrance of peonies... C'is what I feel in the'admiring... The peonies are so sensitive and their fragrance If subtle... Has they alone are the spring. A painting that met sensitivity, flavorings, freshness, purity and softness...
