Painting the Landscape - Ruth Andre

It is raining here at home. The creek is high but passable and the pasture is still a pasture and not a lake so far. I took some time today to work on a small book called, Painting the Landscape. It is a collection of my palette knife landscape paintings. Each painting has a story with wonderful memories that made for
 "A Painting Day".

Beautiful work and so good to see them together. Let's a person appreciate both the variety and the continuity of vision.

Oh it looks wonderful! I am new to your blog and am glad I found it! I noticed you live in Sutter Creek. We used to live in the Folsom area and loved driving up through there. Such beautiful countryside.
