Pretty Boy is a local horse, living with two beautiful mares. I guess we could say, he is also a happy boy. Pretty Boy is a Quarter Horse gelding and is a favorite model of mine. This painting was a sketch-alla prima-wet paint over wet paint, painted in one session. Sketching with a brush made for, "A Painting Day".
