Yesterday and today have been days of experimentation, taking a new look at how I apply paint to convey an image. My intention was to have the three panels work well as a triptych as well as individually.

I like these colors a lot. The three paintings look so good together.
I think you succeeded very well. I've tried the same with two panels.
It makes painting a bit more of an intellectual enterprise, don't you think?
