Painting small panels and in this case a triptych, lets me experiment with color and design. It is a break of sorts from painting the larger works. My mind is buzzing with new painting ideas. It has been a good day and, "A Painting Day".

The deep blue is so calming. Lovely work. I really like these elongated pieces too.
