My abstract paintings have drawn me in and the excitement I feel when painting is amazing. I work quickly and instinctively laying down the paint. Layers of wet paint blend and express feelings of a calming strength. My memory of standing at the base of a canyon has made for, "A Painting Day".

To have that feeling of excitement is something to treasure. The side movement of the knife is perfect for the canyon rock walls. Beautiful.
